The Sporting Goods Collection is equally impressive—featuring items like the '04 Gunners' goods from North London, options from West London, and a variety of other UK heavy-weights, including Merseyside.
The way they depict the goals and assists in 'One Night in Istanbul' shirt feels almost like credits from a horror film... especially for I Rossoneri.
I really like the sack they have on display—it stands out from the rest of the collection and feels truly unique.

SOLD: The 1998 Boca Juniors Copa Mercosur Home jersey slipped through my fingers on my first visit. Adding Copa Mercosur to the Documentary Timeline for 1998 would be a good idea.
I'm guessing this is an early 2000s Celtic warm-up kit. The Scottish Premier League rack here is impressively extensive!
This 2009-10 Fortaleza Home kit is fascinating—Lotto only partnered with the team for two seasons, making it a unique piece of history.

Liga MX is well represented and occupies one of the prominent racks in the shop. This 2018 Away Rayados kit, with its long sleeves, is more suited for Chicago's chill than Monterrey's warmth!

I was immediately impressed by the vintage collection and social media presence, drawn in by the spectacle and sheer scale of the curated items they offer. The Store also specializes in unique custom designs that capture various aspects of football culture you never knew you needed. I truly admire the unique items on display, which include, but aren't limited to, caps featuring the Saturday’s Football branding and iconic kits embroidered on the side, socks with similar iconic details, custom shirts that reflect cultural elements like sporting equipment from UK football strongholds, oversized knit sweaters adorned with full-size artwork too vast to list here, and of course, the millennial staple: 'The Greatest Heavyweight Pullover Hoodie.'
After spending more time talking with Jasper, who has been managing the store since its pop-up days all the way to its recent permanent location, I began to realize that the passion behind it runs even deeper than I initially thought. Jasper plays semi-professionally for the Chicago House AC and grew up in the southeastern region of Chicagoland, with deep ties to Chicago's football community. He shared how he got involved with the store and gave me a glimpse into some of the exciting events and concepts we can expect to see in the future.
One of my trips to the store coincided with Jasper's birthday, possibly one of his first days off since they opened. So, I had the chance to chat with Isaac, who also shares an incredible passion and understanding of all things football. While this post can't capture the depth of our conversations, I did manage to get Isaac to pick his favorite kit in the store (Mexico Nat. 2010 - Vela ). Isaac’s story is another example of the incredible places and experiences that come with growing up playing football in Chicago. He’s had the opportunity to meet and play with some of the biggest names in Chicago’s professional soccer scene. I’ll have to get him to share the details of his youth tournament run in Spain, where he came just one game away from facing Real Madrid's Academy!
Having these guys around and having a place like this in my backyard here in Chicago truly helps amplify the city's passion for football and extends its reach. I look forward to seeing what exciting new things they have planned for the future!
